Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide AI content creation and editing through the tools and models currently available on this website. Features that have not been released are not included in the available service or in a purchase. Motion Sync and Lipsync are not currently available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Prohibited content categories

This policy applies to prompts, uploaded references, and content generated, stored, or shared through our service, including images, video, audio, and text. The following seven categories are prohibited:

1. Pornography / NSFW: pornographic or sexually explicit content, depictions of sexual acts, sexualized nudity, and fetish content. This prohibition applies even if all depicted people are adults, consent, or are fictional. We do not offer an adult-content exception or an age-verification route to generate it.
2. Violence / gore: graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or content depicting, promoting, or facilitating violent abuse. Threats of violence, glorification of terrorism or mass violence, and instructions for violent wrongdoing are prohibited.
3. Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against people on the basis of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
4. Child unsafe content / CSAM: sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe content involving anyone under 18, including synthetic depictions; our zero-tolerance rules below apply.
5. Non-consensual intimate imagery / NCII: intimate or sexualized content involving an identifiable person without their explicit consent, including nudification and intimate deepfakes.
6. Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive impersonation of a real person, brand, or organization, fraudulent endorsements, or misuse of another person's face, likeness, or voice to deceive or harass.
7. Intellectual-property infringement: content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other protected rights, including unauthorized use of protected material or misleading imitation of a brand.

Do not evade safety checks through obfuscation, coded language, or jailbreak instructions. The consent and photo-authorization provisions below do not create exceptions to these prohibited categories.

Child safety: zero tolerance

Uploading, requesting, generating, sharing, or distributing sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe content involving minors is strictly prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, grooming, and synthetic or AI-generated versions of such content. We apply a zero-tolerance policy to these violations; a fictional subject or a claim of consent does not make prohibited content acceptable.

Consent, intimate content, and impersonation

Do not upload or generate non-consensual intimate content, including sexualized edits, nudification, intimate deepfakes, or content depicting an identifiable person in a sexual context without that person's explicit consent. Do not use a person's face, likeness, or voice to impersonate them, misrepresent their identity or endorsement, deceive others, commit fraud, or harass them. This applies to inputs, prompts, and generated images, audio, and video.

Authorization for real-person uploads

For any feature accepting real-person photos, including Professional Headshots and AI Photo Packs, you must be the person pictured or have that person's explicit, informed consent to upload the material and process it with AI for the intended use. If a photo contains multiple identifiable people, obtain consent from each of them. Permission to possess or download a photo is not sufficient authorization to upload or transform it.

You must also have the necessary rights to use the photo itself, respect any limits on the person's consent, and stop using material if authorization is withdrawn. We may request evidence of authorization and restrict or remove material that cannot be supported. These requirements do not override the child-safety or non-consensual-content prohibitions above.

Prompt screening and its limits

Our image and video generation workflow requires a server-side Waffo Prompt Screening check before a prompt is submitted to the generation model. The prompt text is sent to Waffo for that check. Only an explicit allow decision permits generation; blocked or review-required requests, unavailable checks, and invalid responses do not proceed or consume generation credits/free submissions. A review-required request is not automatically queued for generation; keep the prompt and contact support or retry later.

Prompt screening is an additional safeguard, not a guarantee that every unsafe input or output will be detected. It does not itself review uploaded reference media or generated images/videos. Users must follow this policy for those materials as well; the reporting and enforcement process below remains available.

Reporting, response times, and enforcement

Report unsafe content or a consent/impersonation violation to dinghao361@gmail.com. Include the relevant page URL or generation/task ID, a short description of the issue, and a contact address for follow-up. A person depicted in the content, or their authorized representative, may request a review or removal. Do not attach or forward illegal explicit material; provide a reference and a description instead.

• Urgent safety reports: reports involving child safety or non-consensual intimate content are prioritized, with a target of an initial review within 24 hours of receipt. Where an immediate safety risk is substantiated, we will promptly restrict access to the reported material or the responsible account while investigating.
• Other reports: we aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and provide an outcome or substantive update within 7 working days. Working days mean Monday through Friday.
• Complex cases: if more evidence or additional time is needed, we will explain the reason and give the reporter a revised timeline. These are response targets, not a promise of continuously staffed, 24-hour customer service.

Depending on the verified violation, we may remove or restrict content, limit uploads or generation, warn the user, or suspend or terminate the account. Serious child-safety violations are grounds for account termination. We may preserve relevant evidence and make reports to competent authorities when legally required. Users may appeal a decision by replying to the notice or contacting the same email with supporting information. An appeal does not authorize continued prohibited use.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
