Prepare the source before prompting
Better instructions cannot recover information that the source never contained. Decide what must remain true before asking the model to change the scene.

Set the output ratio, product position, crop, and copy space before describing decorative style.

Use a readable source
Choose an image that clearly shows the silhouette, closure, label placement, surface, and camera angle you need to preserve.

Separate preserve from change
List protected product details in one instruction and the permitted background or lighting changes in another.

Change one layer at a time
Resolve structure and composition first. Add styling, atmosphere, and secondary props only after the product remains stable.
Copy the prompt structure
Replace the bracketed fields with observable requirements. Keep the protected product details stable while testing one scene or lighting change at a time.

Preserve: the product silhouette, proportions, camera angle, closure or cap design, label placement, approved colors, and visible material details.
Change: [describe only the background, surface, lighting, or supporting scene that should change].

Do not add or remove products. Do not alter packaging geometry, invent text, redraw the logo, add a watermark, or introduce unrequested props.Review the result before publication
Check the generated image beside the approved source at full resolution. An attractive scene still fails if the product has changed or the image implies something untrue.
Source and permission
- I have permission to upload and reuse the source image.
- The source is large enough to inspect labels, edges, and materials.
- The product is not hidden by glare, hands, packaging, or a heavy crop.
- The requested camera view does not require the model to invent an unseen side.
Product integrity
- The silhouette, proportions, closure, handles, controls, and seams match the source.
- The number, size, and position of every product component remain correct.
- Brand colors and material finishes have not drifted.
- The label and logo placement match the source; production typography will be added separately when exact lettering matters.
Light, material, and scene
- The contact shadow touches the product and follows the stated light direction.
- Highlights and reflections agree with the product material and surrounding scene.
- Transparent, metallic, glossy, and textured surfaces still read correctly.
- Props do not merge with the product, cover important details, or imply an unsupported ingredient or feature.
Crop, copy, and final claims
- The selected aspect ratio fits the actual placement without cutting off the product.
- Required copy space is genuinely clear at mobile and desktop sizes.
- Unexpected text, extra products, watermarks, anatomy, or logos are absent.
- The final image does not make a false claim about size, performance, contents, certification, or real-world use.
Reject the output when a core fact changes
Do not repair a misleading image with a better caption. Return to the source, reduce the requested change, or rebuild the asset with controlled photography and design tools.
- A logo, label, price, certification mark, or legal line has been invented or altered.
- The product geometry changed in a way a customer could mistake for a real feature.
- The product floats, casts an impossible shadow, or reflects a scene that is not present.
- A transparent, metallic, glossy, or textured material no longer matches the source.
- The requested crop hides a defect instead of resolving it.
- The image suggests a factual use, ingredient, result, or endorsement that cannot be supported.
